Amitabh Bachchan’s name, image, voice or personality traits cannot be used without his permission, the Delhi High Court said on Friday. This comes after Bachchan filed a suit in the Delhi High Court seeking protection of his personality rights. Lawyer Harish Salve appeared for him.
